This listing is for a lightbar mount kit for the Land Rover Defender L663 the 'Expedition' roof rack.

We designed this kit to fit with the OSRAM VX1000 40" lightbar - but it could possibly be used to mount other lightbars or accessories.

The brackets fit using bolts already in the expedition roof rack so the brackets are in a fixed position - distance between the bracket mounting holes is 780mm.

No drilling is needed to fix this kit and it can be removed if you sell the vehicle without leaving any holes etc.

We created this kit to mount the OSRAM lightbar on the underside of the expedition roof rack which we think is the most desirable position for a lightbar on the Defender L663.

The kit includes:

• 2x Custom Metal Brackets - Textured Black Powder Coated Aluminium ( same as roof rack is made from )
• 2x 3D-printed 'Wedge' Mounting Blocks
• 2x Stainless Steel Bolts
• 2x Stainless Steel Nyloc Nuts

This kit was designed and engineered by us, so this kit is exclusive to Powerful UK.

The main components in this kit are manufactured in the UK (brackets are made locally and blocks are 3D printed in-house by us).

If you are mounting an electrical accessory you could route the cable down the A-Pillar or route it along the roof to the rear of the vehicle (we sell a separate conduit mounting kit for this option).

Fitting details

The bracket hangs from the top bolt in the roof rack and the lower clamp block clamps the bracket firmly in place.
