Range Rover L322 2010 LED

Fitted to vehicles 2002 -09.

Fitting the 2010 style L322 lights to earlier models is a popular upgrade for many Range Rover L322 owners.

Fitting later lights on an earlier vehicle can cause a few strange things to happen:

Strange thing No 1 - When you turn the ignition on the car does a bulb check which shows as a strange disco on the LED lights ! *

Strange thing No 2 - When indicating Left or Right the flash is faster than normal

Strange thing No 3 - The fog light comes on with the rear lights

Strange thing No 4 - Your dashboard tells you there is a problem with the bulbs in your rear lights.

This kit is for cars from 2002 to 2009 - basically all models that left the factory with non LED lamps.

This kit is a PAIR of circuit boards one for the LEFT and one for the RIGHT ( both boards are the same )

This board has been designed with screw terminals to make the wiring easy - you cut the 5 wire cable going to your light and screw the 5 inputs to one side and the 5 outputs to the other side.

We also supply 2 cut lengths of heat shrink sleeving that you use to enclose the circuit board when the wiring is completed ( and tested ).

This circuit is small enough to sit between the rear light and the inner panel.

These boards work with most vehicles but things that seem to give problems are listed below :-

• NAS (North American) spec vehicles seem to be slightly different and the boards do not always work with the US specifications.
• Tow bar wiring - if non Land Rover Tow Bar wiring has been spliced into the rear lights this seems to give problems.
• Headlight Upgrades - if you have upgraded to 2010 headlights without adding resistors on the indicators this will give problems

Therefore we cannot guarantee that this will solve your problem, but you can return it for a refund if it does not work for you.

Fitting Details

Remove the rear lights.

Follow the diagram to make the connections.

Test the function of all the lights.

When you are happy all functions are working slide the heat shrink sleeving over the circuit board and then apply heat ( heat gun ) to shrink the tube over the circuit.

The circuit will sit between the rear light and the inner panel.
