This is a genuine Land Rover cross bar kit for the factory roof rack/rails on the Discovery 3 and Discovery 4 (also called LR3 LR4 in some regions).

This kit consists of a pair (2x) cross bars.

The cross bars are lockable with the supplied 4 keys.

Also included in an allen key (for use when installing) plus Land Rover fitting instructions.

These cross bars are suitable for use with the standard roof rails and the extended roof rails (full length of vehicle).

The length of the bars can be adjusted to fit the spacing of your rails - see fitting video.

The recommended maximum load on these cross bars is 68.2kg evenly spread across the roof.

The general idea is that the roof rails (front to back) are permanently installed and you take on and off your cross bars as and when you have loads to carry.

This is a brand new genuine Land Rover item, part number VPLAR0001.
