Surface Mount Plinth for Apple MagSafe

This listing is for a surface mount plinth for the Apple MagSafe phone charger.

NOTE: MagSafe charger is not included - this listing is for the mount only.

The MagSafe charger is a great bit of kit but lacks any fixing points for mounting it.

We have designed this surface mount plinth to give you a range of mounting options so it can be mounted horizontal/vertical/angled, whatever your project.

The mount includes 4x M5 sized countersunk holes and we will supply you with 4x M5 bolts & nuts to get you started.

The cable can be routed in 2 ways:

1. Exit out of the bottom of the mount for a surface mount option
2. Through the surface behind the mount (if the mounting surface allows) which will hide the wire for a clean looking install

The mount measures approximately 72mm x 72mm and is around 7mm deep.

This item is designed and manufactured in the UK.

Note: This plinth is not compatible with the 2024 model MagSafe charger (25W) as this is slightly smaller - see photo

Phone compatibility

Some models of the iPhone may not be compatible due to the camera getting in the way (slightly), see below list of phones we have tested.

NOT COMPATIBLE: iPhone 13 Pro

TESTED AS COMPATIBLE: iPhone 15, 12 Pro, 12 Mini

We are modifying the design and a new version will be for sale soon with a wider range of phone compatibility.

Fitting details

This item can we screwed or bolted in place - we supply 4 x M5 bolts and nut for fixing to a panel. You can use countersunk screws to fix it to a wall etc.
